Shri Nityanand Nilaya Gurukul alias Shri Nityanand Math is indeed a small Ashram made spiritually vibrant by the penance of Pujya Shri Lalita Maauli who lived there for more than 40 years. The daily attendance of devotees at the Math is small, but they are regular and sincere in their spiritual practice. Every day early morning Arati and Bhajans are sung from 6.00 am to 7.00 am and in the evening, ‘Guru-Vandana’ prayer and devotional songs are recited from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm by few devotees led by Maauli’s long time sincere dedicated devotee Shri. R.G.Bhambure. The melodious Bhajans on every Thursday and on Ekadashi day from 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm are done by a small group of devotees led by Smt.Mangalatai Bhambure. There are few devotees who come regularly for reading and studying, and also for meditation and Japa. They are all residents of Panvel town. They come and do ‘seva’ of the Ashram by way of cleaning the floor, watering the plants, making garlands etc. The daily worship of the idols in the main shrine is performed by a qualified priest who stays little away from the Math. Since there is no enough space for lodging in the Math, a visitor has to make his own arrangement in Panvel town. A new visitor is requested to give prior intimation of his visit by calling or e-mailing much in advance. Please refer the contact details under the menu ‘Contact’.
